These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ovsta.com and any services provided by Ovsta LLC (“Ovsta”, “we”, “us”).

1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

2) Services

Ovsta provides IT/software-related services and digital deliverables (as offered and/or agreed in writing), including custom development and related consulting.

3) Payments

If you purchase services or pay invoices, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes.
We may accept Visa, Mastercard, and other card networks, and may also accept bank transfer, depending on the invoice/payment method made available at checkout or on the invoice. Card payments are processed via third-party payment providers.

4) Refunds

Payments for completed or delivered milestones are non-refundable. Prepaid amounts for work not yet performed may be refunded at our discretion. Digital deliverables are non-refundable once delivered/access is granted, except where required by law.

5) Client materials and responsibilities

If you provide content, data, credentials, or third-party materials, you confirm you have the right to use and share them with us. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6) Prohibited use

You may not:

  • Use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or introduce malware
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Abuse or harass others, or violate privacy rights

7) Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and materials are owned by Ovsta or its licensors unless stated otherwise. For client projects, ownership/licensing of deliverables should be specified in a written agreement or statement of work.

8) Third-party services and links

We may link to or rely on third-party tools/services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or services.

9) Disclaimer

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovsta will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/revenue/data.
Ovsta’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to Ovsta for the services giving rise to the claim during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.

11) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or to protect the website, users, or legal compliance.

12) Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

13) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
